Unique 4WD Super Long Wheel Base Hiace
Ideal for a a camper conversion.
2.7 litre petrol engine
Seating for 3 up front
We bought this one as a surprise package at auction in Tokyo so we wont know all details until it arrives in Sydney - its a clean zero rust 4WD with 2 inches extra ground clearance and an unusual setup.
Genuine 113,000 kms is super low mileage and adds considerable appeal to this unit.
Our guess is that it has been used as an audio visual vehicle designed for camping, and as an off grid base for a news crew or videographer with lots of gear
Included by our guesstimation is:
- massive inverter with batteries
- interior gear rack
- rear gear lifter
- Independant air conditioning unit that will run without the engine being on
- awning

The constant 4WD system works extremely well for slippery roads and also for serious 4WD terrain including beach driving.
Check the cut and paste links below to see videos of our Hiaces tackling some very serious off road terrain
