Seller's Comment

"Hey Johnny, Nan and Pop Wilson called, they want their beloved Elantra Elite back"

"Oh shoot, not happy with the new MG?" retorted sales manager Johhny.

"It's rubbish, they say", said the nervous new car salesman who'd already spent his commission said.

"Couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding" Pop said.

It seemed so cheap, it was time for a change, Nan had been complaining for years about getting a new car, "could be the last one" she said.

"this one might see me out"

But the MG that looked all shiney and new, had lots of buttons but was "as useless as tits on a bull", Pop said.

"They sure don't make 'em like they used too" chimed in Nan.

"Can we get the old Elantra back Bill?" she asked, tears beginning to well in her wise old beautiful eyes.

"I sure do miss that car, we should never of traded it in for this useless Chinese garbage"

"My sister Margaret warned us, we should've listened" Nan pined.

"yeah Jenny said the same thing" said Bill.

"Jenny Smith?" asked Nan

"No, no.... you know jenny, the noisy one down at the raffles on Thursday nights, the one that can talk under water... oh bugger if i can remember her last name, you know Jenny Jenny....?" said Bill beginning to vacantly gaze up at the peeling paint on the ceiling.

Nan scoffed..."Oh bloody Jenny Walters, christ who'd listen to her waffle on about anything"

A long silence arrived in the conversation.

They both looked at one another longingly, asking each other's loving eyes for answers and wondering what to do next.

"Whaddaya reckon Bill? Let's go see if we can get it back, we'll give this MG crap to the grandchildren and buy the Elantra back off the Dealer, goodness know's, he'll want a bloody fortune for it."

"Righto Love, it's worth every cent, let's go get the old girl back, she's been so good to us, she just might see us out...."
